Generally when you give interview there is this frequently asked question that what sets you apart from the rest of the candidates who have applied for this job. Now there are different ways to answer this question. They basically want to see your confidence and communication skills here and how do you comeback with answers at the given point. Here they want to see the skill set and area of interest are same or not. Whatever the work will be given will it be done with interest or not will be observed. The quality of the work should not go down. Now When You're giving the answer to this question first think of the list of strengths which you have, it can also be achievements or accomplishments.

When answering the questions take the skill sets into consideration and now think the skill set which you can use innovatively and will be perfect for the given job. This is very important point if you're able to use your skill set innovatively. Then you have a value and you stand somewhere in the company. Basically it means that whatever skill set you have even if the rest of the candidates who have applied for job have those particular skill set but it is you who know how to use it innovatively so that is unique very few people have that so that does set you apart from the rest of the candidates.


Understanding the Skill Set:
Knowing the skill set is no big deal. Understanding the skill set to the core is what it takes. Now once you know your skill set very well and you've understood it to the core similar with your strengths you can use them uniquely and tactfully. That is what the company requires approach which is out of the box. if you've that approach you can easily handle the elite clients of the company and you can handle the major problems it means you will be a good employee for the company.
