At the first time you don't know what to speak and what not to speak. But after the years and years of experience you know what to speak how can a client can be handled and if the client is angry on some issue and if you're learning from your previous experiences you can settle that issue quickly. Should not mix work life with personal life: Basically he should be emotionally stable. People who are emotionally are pleasant and that helps a lot to communicate. People should be comfortable while talking to you that is all that matters. So if you have a good personality and you are a good listener and emotionally stable people would love to talk to you and that will mean that you do have a great personality at work.
