Personality In Work Place

Building Networks when you're working is very important part of the work culture. Wherever you work it is important to know your colleagues. Specially if you're working in a Recruitment Company or a Placement Company. And when it comes to networking you must have a good knowledge and a great personality to interact with the other people. So they don't forget you.


Personality is developed through previous experiences:
When you interact with the client for the first time and when you interact with your clients after some years of experience if you observe it is way different. At the first time you don't know what to speak and what not to speak. But after the years and years of experience you know what to speak how can a client can be handled and if the client is angry on some issue and if you're learning from your previous experiences you can settle that issue quickly. That is what that matters.
When any person is open to talking with strangers getting new experiences handling different situations he can handle client very effectively and easily.
Plus a good personality gives a good impact. A person who knows what to wear how to behave in-front of his client will not disappoint the client that comes from previous experiences.
Generally in a Placement Agency where clients are very important people with good personalities can handle them as well as the employees working beneath them effectively and efficiently.

It also increases the quality of the work:
 Having a great personality at the Placement Agency will give great benefits to the organisation and the employee himself. He wont be disappointed at the work; he will be drawing positive energy at work and motivating others to give their best. That one employee will be required for the growth of the Placement Agency.
Because of all this his quality of work will rise high.

Extrovert: This quality is a better development in personality because it is easy to recognize. The people who are extroverts are known by everyone in the organisation and they can build their networks easily they also have great personalities; They know how to communicate and maintain the relationships.


Listener: Not always should he speak but he should be also a good listener. The more he listens the more he can gather the information about the clients. And that will make a lot easier for him to communicate. Whatever information he is given he should be able to make notes or at least remember. So that gives a plus point that he not only listens but also speaks when needed instead of unnecessary speaking, the one who is speaking to him should be given chance so that it will help building him a good relation.

Should not mix work life with personal life: Basically he should be emotionally stable. People who are emotionally are pleasant and that helps a lot to communicate. People should be comfortable while talking to you that is all that matters. So if you have a good personality and you are a good listener and emotionally stable people would love to talk to you and that will mean that you do have a great personality at work.  Being extrovert will be a plus so that you can increase your own network.

Personality vs Behavior:
Both are two different things specially in a work place. Behavior is what we see how we observe but personality is the main part due to work pressure how we behave with others shows our personality.
Thus we have to be very careful while behaving so that it does not reflect on our personality.
