This is very important and the answer will be very much different then the above question. Above question deals majorly with the importance of a team and then little bit of contributions to the team and the work.
Where as this question not only deals with the team but also deals with the team leader part here if the candidate is mentioning any previous experience of him handling a team is good. Or as a team member if he was able to solve the differences between the team members and then resolve the issue then also it will be satisfactory.
How did you handle the difficulties which arises while doing the project?
This part shows how did the candidate handled the difficulties as a team leader this question can only be asked if the candidate has experience being a team leader.
And if at all the candidate knows how to handle a team or how to manage people under him/her all these things will be understood by this one question;
Also his dressing style, way of communicating with seniors and juniors in interview should be observed because that will give a hint about how the person exactly is.
Communication skills, Confidence is much more important.
What do you think you have which other candidates don't?
This question will show the exact focus of the candidate. What candidate thinks is important Is it seriously that important through this question we will come to know the candidates work nature.
Whenever any interview is being conducted how does the candidate behave what does he say while leaving is he seriously interested in the job etc should be observed. There are many reasons why employee leaves the company what is his reason etc all this should be taken in consideration.
